National Vineyard Fund of Australia Limited (“NVFAL”), is a multi-region vineyard and winemaking business with properties located in South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. All vineyards are located in the cool climate regions of Australia.
NVFAL was formed in 1998 to provide investors with the opportunity to invest in the prestigious regions of Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Langhorne Creek and Padthaway (in South Australia), Heathcote Ridge Estate (Victoria) and Margaret River (Western Australia). At various times, it has held small interests in Coonawarra (South Australia), Canberra District and Young (NSW/ACT).
Today, the group owns the following estates: -

Barossa Rise Estate (SA - Barossa Valley)
Belvidere Estate (New) (SA - Langhorne Creek)
Gardiner Well Estate (SA - Clare Valley)
Heathcote Ridge Estate (Vic - Heathcote)
Marandoo Estate (New) (SA - Langhorne Creek)
Moppa Springs Estate (SA - Barossa Valley)
Padthaway Entrance Estate (SA - Padthaway)
NVFAL also has a 50% share in the Vineyard Road Estate McLaren Vale vineyard bring the total land owned by the group to approximately 720ha to which 514ha is planted to premium cool climate wine grapes.
